They are also believed to be helpers or guides for the spirits of the dead, helping them go to the other world. For example, in Norse mythology, the god Odin had two ravens named Huginn and Muninn, who flew over the world and told him what was happening. They also went with him to the war, where they ate the bodies of the dead warriors.
Wisdom and prophecy: Ravens are very smart birds, able to learn and copy human speech. They are also good at observing and remembering things. Therefore, they are seen as symbols of wisdom and insight, as well as predictors of the future. For example, in Greek mythology, ravens were holy to Apollo, the god of prophecy and healing. They were his messengers and spies, and he gave them the gift of speech.
Transformation and magic: Ravens can also change their look and voice. They are often shown as shapeshifters or tricksters, who can change reality and create illusions. For example, in Native American mythology, the raven is a powerful spirit animal who made the world and taught humans various skills. He is also a troublemaker who likes to joke and test people’s morals.
These are some of the main meanings of ravens, but there are many more depending on the context and interpretation. Ravens are amazing creatures that have inspired many stories, poems, songs, and artworks throughout history. One of the most famous examples is The Raven by Edgar Allan Poe.

The center section of the strap is hand dyed in deep violet. Accented with Antique Black adjustment slots that allow for a completely custom fit & feel. This strap has a great deal of depth and visual interest in the dye color that is hard for the camera to capture but there is a lot of wow factor here.
How I made it:
This Guitar Strap was hand cut from thick and rugged vegetable tanned cowhide. The pieces were hand cut & tooled with the design being permanently etched into the leather. Specially hand dyed to enhance the natural beauty of the leather and create a sense of depth in the color. Several topcoats applied to add a subtle satin finish that will both enhance the beauty and longevity of your strap. Like the best songs, this guitar strap will just get better with time.

Sizing details
There are many different sizes of card decks, so be sure to check your specific deck's measurement against your listing before ordering.
Most tarot card cases are sized to house a standard sized tarot deck or smaller. The standard cases will house this size deck or smaller:
2 7/8 inches (72mm) wide
1.25 inches (32mm) deep
4 15/16 inches (125mm) tall.
All our standard size tarot cases are tested at the time of creation and prior to shipping, using a classic RW deck from a US publisher. We also have listings in our shop for palm sized (slightly smaller) or oversized decks. If you need a larger case to fit your specific deck, I would be happy to custom build one for you. Vegetable tanning is an organic process to preserve the leather. It uses natural tannins from plant sources, making it more environmentally friendly. It’s a slow process which takes weeks to months to complete.
Vegetable-tanned leather has some rigidity to it, which helps the product to retain its shape and integrity. Vegetable-tanned leather will soften and develop a rich patina over time, meaning your item will develop a unique and appealing appearance as it ages, only getting better with time.
By contrast, chrome-tanned leather is quickly chemically and more inexpensively tanned. It may present toxins to the environment and manufacturing employees. "Vegan", faux, or PU leather is petroleum-based polyurethane/vinyl.
